Naruto battles Pain after the destruction of the Hidden Leaf Village, using Sage Mode to defeat Pain’s bodies. Overwhelmed, he briefly loses control to the Nine-Tails but regains himself with Minato’s help. In the end, Naruto confronts Nagato, convinces him to change, and Nagato sacrifices himself to revive the fallen.
